SHANDRA DAWKINSI am a specialist in organizational and personal transformation. My mission as a business consultant is to nurture, motivate, and empower clients to achieve goals and objectives strategically, thoughtfully, and confidently. Whether a competitive, challenged, or complacent landscape, I maximize potential to enhance productivity, interpersonal skills, and the bottom line. I am Shandra Dawkins, a business consultant who facilitates growth.
Armed with an aptitude for multifaceted issues and a deep understanding of the dynamics of public and private sector partnerships and leadership development, I help others navigate market demands, stakeholder obligations, and end-user experiences. I am a native Floridian with more than 20 years senior experience collaborating with emerging and established leaders, boards, employees, and individuals in a diversity of businesses, industry sectors, and social service disciplines. My blueprints, best practices, and insight combine to define and deliver impactful solutions for companies, organizations, and individuals throughout the United States. |
I served as the Executive Director of the Forsyth County (GA) Family Haven, co-founder and executive director of the Florida Resource Center for Women and Children, and as an executive of various Palm Beach County, Florida social services organizations, including Rebekah’s House, Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse, and and Mary Rubloft YWCA Harmony House.
As an entrepreneur, I co-founded United Sources, Inc., an agency providing administrative, programmatic, and
technical services for more than 30 small businesses and nonprofit organizations; and the FRCWC Health Care Clinic serving residents in Palm Beach County, FL As an educator, I served as an Adjunct Instructor, specializing in Psychology, Sociology, Microsoft Office Applications, Group Theory, and General Studies at ITT Technical Institute. I also served as a speaker/trainer for South University, Keiser University, Florida Atlantic University, and Palm Beach State College; and as a trainer for the Riviera Beach (FL) Police Department.
In 1994, I was appointed to the Governor’s Task Force on Domestic Violence (FL) and authored the Domestic Violence Intervention Curriculum. I am a 2008 recipient of The Jim Moran Foundation Unsung Heroes Award and a 2011 recipient of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County Giraffe Award.
I hold a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Troy State University (Troy, AL) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Huntingdon College (Montgomery, AL). I am an approved CEU Provider through CE Broker, and hold certifications as a Florida International Volunteer Corps International Trainer, Batterer Intervention Facilitator, Victim Services Practitioner, court-approved Domestic/Family Violence SME (subject matter expert), and Career Coach.
I am a member of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Urban League of Palm Beach County (FL), the Palm Beach County National Organization for Women, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Brandi Dawkins-JonesI have a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis and am currently pursuing my MBA. I have spent the bulk of my career as a Finance & Accounting Leader where I pride myself in providing an inclusive and diverse workplace. I specialize in coaching and professional development. I have a love for giving back to the community via mentoring. I thrive on providing solutions and pathways to better underprivileged communities. I am originally from the beautiful Sunshine state of Florida. I have a passion for books, travel, and extreme laughter. I live by my personal motto, “Be good to people, do what’s right, and get the job done!” |

Qutinette DansbyI am a West Palm Beach, Florida native. I have worked with various nonprofit organizations in Florida and Georgia throughout my career. My nearest and dearest causes that I rally for are Autism Awareness and Domestic Violence Awareness.
My love for fashion and beauty started at a young age. I can remember going to department stores and styling clothes for my grandmother. I turned my passion for the beauty industry into a career and became a Licensed Esthetician and Electrologist. I am currently a Legal Esthetics Representative for a major professional skin care company. Part-time I am a personal stylist and interior decorator. |
Leigh MicheleI hold a doctorate in business administration with a focus on marketing, a master’s in law, and a bachelor’s in theatre management. I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Energy Centered Hypno-Coach, Certified Spiritual Counselor & Psychology Empath, a Reiki Master / Teacher, Professional Energy Psychology Coach, Therapeutic Art Life Coach, In addition, I am a Specialist in Emergency Management Planning (SEMP), a Certified Events Planner, as well as IATA and Haz-Mat certified and have certification in social media, Project Management, Agile, and customer service.
I earned a Level One Coaching Certification through the DSWA and have mentored entrepreneurs to help them build their businesses since 2010. In my past life, I managed a business unit for a global cosmetics company grossing 1.6 million annually and was instrumental in creating and training on social selling nationally. I have been helping companies and people market for over 30 years. To that, I bring 20 years of graphic design as well as 17+ years in social media. In addition to my |

marketing and contingency planning background, I bring a finance background, having been the sole auditor for Universal Studios, Hollywood, and a senior auditor for Universal Music Group and later transitioned to the IT department where I was a member of the Disaster Recovery Team for the Americas and as a member of the budget preparation team personally identified cost savings over $250K annually.
Currently my biggest passion is serving companies as a Chief Heart Officer. In business, a Chief Heart Officer oversees the well-being and overall pleasure of the company’s personnel. The Chief Heart Officer brings out a desire for happiness in the workplace and a pleasant employee experience. When employees feel they are valued, they become more efficient and productive.
My passion has always been elevating others, helping others, and making others feel valued. In these roles, I am able to do just that. Being a survivor of domestic violence, I am committed to helping others have a positive outlook and self-look on life.
Beyond my business endeavors, people in about 70 countries know me as an award-winning vocalist, photographer, actress, director, artist, virtual creator, and fictional author. I created thebeautifuleigh.com, a site dedicated to helping others reach their full potential and recognizing the beauty of the journey. I am also the owner of leighmichele.net and Digital Rain Records and a former member of Project 10. I am a member of the International Thespian Society, the National Notary Association, and a past president of Phi Rho Pi. I am also a native of Florida and a Mayflower DAR.
